Mark loves working with individuals and groups, helping them to realise their potential and thus improve their performance.  Passionate about expeditions and experiential learning, he is especially interested in the human side of teams and organisations. 

He has fifteen years experience working in the field of human development, leading programmes and developing people in challenging and rapidly changing environments. 

Originally trained in business management, Mark started his career in a British Telecom sales and marketing team in the City of London during the 'Big Bang'.    He subsequently worked with Raleigh International as member of the Head Office Senior Manager team where he gained extensive experience of managing assessment, training and development programmes for international programmes and specialist staff. 

As Project Manager/Facilitator of overseas team based learning projects he has worked in Africa, Borneo and South America, including a period as the deputy Country Director for Raleigh international in Chile.  More recently he has been a consultant in the field of coaching, team facilitation and management development.  This has included personally  facilitating on many wilderness leadership programmes.  Throughout his career he has worked with a wide range of corporate clients from a wide range of industries. 

He is a qualified user of MBTI and other professional training includes Firo Elements, NLP in Business and psychotherapy/counselling.  In particular he continues to study advanced applications of MBTI relating to team, stress and temperament and refine the use of this in a business context.  He is a qualified NLP Trainer.

Mark lives with his wife, Hetty, in rural Norfolk.
