Liane is passionate about working with individuals, teams and organisations to enable them to realise their potential, having honest conversations and living life to the full.  She has 19 years of experience working for various blue chip companies and also has considerable experience of the charity / not for profit sector.  Liane has held a number of challenging and strategic roles, such as HR Business Partner (for a multi site client base of over 6000 people), Leadership Development Manager (where she was responsible for the design and delivery of a wide range of leadership programmes across a population of over 10,000 people globally) and Adviser to the HR Director at Norwich Union (now Aviva), where she was part of the senior management team of an HR function with over 800 people.  Throughout these roles she was often required to lead, and facilitate, organisational cultural change through running organisational and team development events, from middle manager to executive board level.  She is also an experienced executive coach.

In 2008, Liane spent four months in Costa Rica as Deputy Expedition Leader for Raleigh International, the youth development charity.  During this time, she managed, inspired and developed 34 volunteer staff to lead nine international development projects, and to create a meaningful learning experience for 120 participants, through one to one coaching and team facilitation.

Liane is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  She has a BA in Human Resource Management, an MSc in Training and Performance Management and she has trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Gestalt Psychotherapy and Transactional Analysis.  In addition, Liane is qualified to use a range of psychometric and developmental tools, such as the Strength Deployment Inventory, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Firo Elements.  She sees life as an ongoing opportunity to develop and grow, and is currently studying for a Diploma in Integrative Counselling.
